CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

Of course! And, if you decide you want to skip the cooking, we have catering available, too!

Can We Bring ALCOHOL?

Absolutely! You can pop bottles all you want, as long as you obtain a banquet permit (https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/online-banquet-permit)  and abide by the laws and rules governing consumption and permit use.

WHAT IS YOUR MAXIMUM CAPACITY?

Well, the Fire Marshall tells us 112, but we'd suggest sticking to these guidelines:

- 42 "dinner style" (seated at our beautiful farmhouse tables with modern-industrial metal chairs)

- 55 "casual style" (some dining tables with a mixture of other informal lounge style seating OR lecture/presentation setup)

- 90 "cocktail style" (limited table seating, ideal for "mixers" where guests are encouraged to mingle)

CAN I DECORATE?

Certainly! We've worked hard to make The Studio snazzy enough to be a stand-alone show stopper, while also being a "blank canvas" (errr...BlankSpace?) for those who want to use their creative/design talents. We simply ask that you take out anything you bring in, and that you use Command strips (or similar product) to hang things on the walls!

HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE?

Reservations can be made by email (olivia@blankspacetricities.com), by phone (509-579-0891)  or in person at BlankSpace. Payment is due in full (most clients elect to pay online, but we can also accept payment in-office) to reserve a date for events of 3 hours or less.

If your event is 4 hours or more, we simply require a 50% deposit at time of booking, with the remainder due 14 days prior to your event.  With each reservation, we'll send you an online contract that you can e-sign right from your mobile device or computer...that's it!
